Description
 Uretech RRS is a polyurea road repair system designed for to provide a permanent repair to potholes, surface defects and areas where previous repair attempts have been unsuccessful.

Applications
Uretech RRS is a truly permanent repair system that is guaranteed to outlast the surrounding road surface. Unlike bitumen based products that fix the problem for just a matter of weeks Uretech RRS is a ‘one-fix’ solution that will not require additional repairs. It is not affected by frost heave, does not break up and is a permanent solution to the UKs pothole crisis.

Installation
Uretech RRS can be mixed in a standard cement mixer or a forced action mixer such as a Creteangle, Baron or Daines mixer. The aggregate should be tipped into the mixer first which is then started, and then the remaining components should be added in the order B, C & D and mixing continued until a uniform mix is obtained. This should take between 1 and 2 minutes depending on the mixer being used. The mixed material can then be poured into the pothole with subsequent agitation to produce a level surface. The Compound will be fit for traffic after 1-4 hours dependent on ambient temperature.

Packaging
Uretech RRS is available as a 20kg kit of pre-measured components.

Coverage
A single 20kg kit of Uretech RRS is sufficent to fill 0.009m³.

Disposal
The condition of this product will determine the required method of disposal. Used containers with fully cured product remaining around the edges or bottom of the container should have the hazard label removed or obscured before disposal as general building waste. Uncured/Liquid product should be disposed of as hazardous waste.
