Uretech HFS - High Friction Surfacing
Specification clause: High Friction Surfacing.
The high friction surfacing shall be Uretech HFS by Star Uretech Ltd, telephone +44 (0)1254 663444 with a 1mm to 3mm calcined bauxite aggregate applied at a minimum rate of 6kg/m².
Cold applied poly-urethane Uretech HFS used to create a BBA HAPAS Type 1 approved surface.
Apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Uretech RRS - Road Repair System
Specification clause: Road/Pothole Repair System.
The road repair material shall be Uretech RRS by Star Uretech Ltd, telephone +44 (0)1254 663444 supplied in 20kg kit form with a minimum fill rate of 0.011kg/m³ per kit.
Cold applied poly-urethane Uretech RRS used for single fix repair.
Apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Uretech RRB & RRL - Ironwork Reinstatement System
Specification clause: Ironwork reinstatement system.
The ironwork reinstatement system shall be Uretech RRB (Bedding) & Uretech RRL (Locking) by Star Uretech Ltd, telephone +44 (0)1254 663444 supplied in 20kg kit form with a minimum fill rate of 0.010kg/m³ per kit.
Cold applied poly-urethane Uretech RRB used for ironwork bedding.
Cold applied poly-urethane Uretech RRL used for ironwork locking.
Apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Uretech UF1 - Highways adhesive
Specification clause: Highways ancillaries bonding.
The cats-eyes/reflective strips/cushioned ramps will be bonded using Uretech UF1 by Star Uretech Ltd, telephone +44 (0)1254 663444 with a minimum application depth of 3mm.
Cold applied poly-urethane Uretech UF1 used to bond highway ancillaries to approved surface.
Apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
